Refund policy
At Toted UK, our goal is that you love your order. Each tote is individually made to order using eco-friendly materials and sustainable printing methods. Because our products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
This approach helps us reduce waste and overproduction — part of our commitment to sustainability.
However, if something isn't right with your order, please reach out to us and we'll do everything we can to put it right.
When We Can Help With
While we don't accept returns for change of mind, we will happily replace or refund your order if:
- The item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, or
- You received the wrong product or size compared to your order confirmation.
If your order meets one of these conditions, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
How to Report an Issue
- Email support@toteduk.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, a short description of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue.
- Our support team will review your message within 3 business days and confirm the next steps.
- If approved, we'll arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost or, if necessary, issue a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Because every Toted UK product is made to order, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size or colour ordered
- Personalised or custom designs
- Any order that has already entered production
Please double-check product details, sizes, and shipping information before completing your purchase.
UK & EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Customers in the UK and EU generally have the right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days of receipt. However, this does not apply to custom-made or print-on-demand items, which includes all Toted UK products.
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, you remain fully protected under our replacement and refund policy above.
