Toted UK reserves the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

All products are sold for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed commercially.

Orders are fulfilled either by Toted UK’s UK warehouse or through Printify’s international production partners.
Estimated delivery times:
UK: 3–7 business days
Europe: 7–15 business days
Rest of world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates only and not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs clearance, or events beyond our control (e.g. weather or strikes).
Once your order has been dispatched, title and risk pass to you upon transfer to the delivery carrier.
International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website — including logos, designs, images, graphics, text, and layout — is the property of Toted UK or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and design laws.
