Shipping policy

1. Fulfilment & Processing Times

All Toted UK products are made to order and produced upon purchase.
Processing times are estimates and may be extended during high-demand periods, holidays, or supply chain delays.


2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed:

United Kingdom & Europe 3–10 business days
USA & Canada 3-10 business days
Rest of World 10–20 business days

Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, local postal services, customs processing, and carrier performance.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, item weight, and delivery method.
Any free-shipping promotions (if available) will be applied automatically to qualifying orders after discounts and before taxes or duties.


4. Tracking & Split Shipments

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship in separate parcels at no extra cost. Each parcel will have its own tracking number.


5. Address Accuracy & Changes

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, including flat or unit numbers and postcode.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incomplete or incorrect address details provided at checkout.
Address changes can only be accepted before production or dispatch begins.


6. Delivery Attempts, Safe Place & Return to Sender

Carriers may deliver to a neighbour or leave your parcel in a safe location where possible.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbours or your local delivery office before contacting us.

Parcels that are unclaimed, refused, or returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts will require payment of additional postage to be resent.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays caused by customs inspections or import regulations are outside our control.


8. Risk of Loss & Title

Ownership and risk transfer to you once the order has been handed to the delivery carrier.
Toted UK is not liable for carrier delays, customs issues, or events beyond our reasonable control (including strikes, weather, or regional restrictions).


9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact support@toteduk.com with your order number and relevant photos within:

48 hours of delivery for damaged items, or

7 calendar days of the delivery scan for missing parcels.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


10. Order Changes & Cancellations

As all products are produced to order, changes or cancellations can only be made before production begins.
Once production has started, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.
If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at support@toteduk.com.


11. Restricted Destinations

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders shipped to regions where delivery cannot be reliably completed or where trade restrictions apply.
Customers affected by such cancellations will receive a full refund.
